What kind of businesses do you work with?

Early-stage consumer brands run by a small founding team. Usually under $5M in annual revenue, product in market, and the founder is still close to every customer email. We are not the right partner for pre-product teams or enterprise engagements.

Is this advisory, fractional operator work, or both?

Primarily advisory. We write the plan, sit in weekly working sessions, and help you stress-test decisions. We do not run your team for you. Founders stay in the operator seat — that is where the learning happens.

Do you handle checkout, payments, and infrastructure work?

Yes. Clean-domain storefronts, payments setup, vendor selection, and the operational plumbing behind a working checkout are part of our scope. This is often the fastest lever to move revenue for a brand that already has traffic.

Remote or in person?
